This is a full-time position with occasional mandatory overtime, including nights and Saturdays.

Extensive Screen Printing Experience is Required

You'll be responsible for:

Managing Department

  • Developing and maintaining screen print department standards
  • Job production, including scheduling and ordering
  • Training

Operating Presses

  • Setting up and running our eight-head M&R automatic screen printing textile press for four-color process, simulated spot process and spot color jobs.
  • Setting up and running our 30" X 40" M&R Eclipse graphic arts printer.
  • Setting up and running our six-head manual press.
  • Running jobs of 12 to 5000+ pieces

Screen Preparation

  • Screen maintenance, including installing and stretching new mesh
  • Coating screens
  • Exposing screens
  • Washing screens
  • Reclaiming screens

Other duties

  • Mixing Pantone ink colors.
  • Receiving and logging shirts.
  • Folding, counting and boxing shirts.
  • General cleaning.
Miscellaneous Duties: All employees share in these duties.

 

 Finally, at times, you may be called upon to perform duties outside your "official job description" such as cleaning, (vacuuming, cleaning your gender bathroom, mopping, dusting, etc.), folding, counting and boxing shirts, laminating, cutting with an x-acto knife and safety straight edge, and other duties of a similar nature. These are duties shared by all employees.
